I report back design issues, and provide a sounding board to find simple effective solutions. I also offer a second set of eyes to ensure Quality Control and Standards are met.
Results:
I stay up to date on Licensing Requirements, in addition to taking new engineering courses. This further refines my Design Knowledge, and expands my Experience. This makes for a more effective conversations with the Engineer or Engineering Companies.
