How we Work with You

We start building a collaborative working relationship with a client from the start of the initial contact / re-contact to understand the current business needs. This contact is followed up by a Quote, RFP Request for Proposal, or SOW Statement of Work.

For more ongoing typical tasks of a project, the hourly rate can be set, and billed accordingly with set conditions.

Statement of Work and Payment

The Statement of Work will outline:

  • various phases of work for the project
  • any specific tasks to be completed
  • estimated hours for completion (MIN and MAX range)
  • set deadlines for delivery
  • estimated price and conditions.

For Quotes, in order for work to be started, a 15% deposit must be made, and the remaining payments made accordingly to project deliverables achieved.  Payments can be made via direct deposit, Interac e-transfer, or PayPal at this time.

Aside from the Deposit, specific project deliverables will need to be approved by the client before invoicing is initiated. After acceptance of a deliverable by a client, all submitted invoices are due within 15 days.  (Net 15).
